The activity in the fasteners sector began in 1954 within the R.F. CELADA Group, which was already successfully operating in the mechanical industry at that time. A key milestone was the exclusive distribution in Italy of the Heli-Coil thread insert system.
The expansion of the business led to the establishment of CELADA Fasteners in 1975. Thanks to the quality of its products and its growing presence in the national market, this further enabled the creation, in 1986, of PSM CELADA Fasteners, a joint venture with the multinational group PSM International.
Today, PSM CELADA Fasteners is a leading company in the distribution of fastening systems, quick-release fasteners, and assembly equipment, with a presence throughout Italy.
