As part of its support activities for companies operating in the Automation and Mechatronics sector, AIdAM has signed an agreement with HR Meccatronica®, the only web-based management platform in Italy dedicated to industrial recruiting.

HR Meccatronica® is a SaaS platform accessible via browser with login credentials, providing access to a proprietary database of technical profiles in the sector—from skilled workers to managers—ready to be contacted. The tool is designed to simplify the recruitment of qualified personnel, reduce costs, and ensure companies immediate access to industrial expertise.
